5 outfits with Tevas
When Teva’s came back around a few years ago I was initially skeptical. I often take so long to warm up to a trend that it’s on its way out by the time I’m ready to dive in. I finally bought in when I discovered that they now make a flatform version. I’m a fan of a flatform shoe in almost any size, shape or color, so I think that was when my cold heart began to thaw towards these dad sandals. Fast forward two years and here I am on my second pair. I love this metallic leather version because they are a *smidge* more dressy (yes, I just called Teva’s dressy) than the usual nylon version. Here are 5 ways I would wear them.
I love these with a light jogger and simple white t-shirt for spring. I call this look sporty spice, if sporty spice got a 2022 upgrade and lost the Adidas track pants.
I love the look of these with a simple black wide leg pant, striped shirt and denim jacket. I know you want to hate these sandals but they’re growing on you, aren’t they?
I love them with this simple black dress because it’s just a little unexpected. This dress and denim jacket would work with almost any shoe but the Teva’s just give it something a little different.
The thing about this particular pair of Teva’s is they work with so many different outfits. I love them here with white distressed jeans and a striped t-shirt, and Rosie loves it too.
Last but not least I love them with Denim shorts and a simple, feminine off-white blouse. I hope this post gives you some inspiration to try something a little out of your comfort zone. You never know, you may be surprised by what you find.
